Job summary

TrendAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity and AI-powered platform.

You will lead demos and strategic storytelling to resonate with technical and executive audiences, build trusted partner relationships, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales.
• Strong communication with executives and technical decision-makers.
• Experience with public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects.
