Job summary

TrendAI, the AI security arm of Trend Micro, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to guide enterprise customers through evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform. You will deliver powerful demos, shape security outcomes, and collaborate with Product, Channel, and Customer Success teams across the US.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in solutions engineering, strong cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP), and a passion for AI-driven security at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or related technical fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.
• Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects, guiding them through evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and security requirements to align platform capabilities with meaningful outcomes.
• Lead demos, presentations, and technical storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue and broaden market reach.
• Travel within the U.S. for customer engagements, events, and partner meetings.
