Job summary

TrendAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer who thrives in direct customer engagement and excels at guiding customers through their security journey with AI-powered platforms. You will influence outcomes across the customer lifecycle, retain and expand business through expert guidance, compelling demos, and strategic consultation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, or related technical fields.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre‑Sales roles.
• Experience with public cloud technologies and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers through adoption and expansion of the platform.
• Align platform capabilities with customer goals and security requirements.
• Lead demos, presentations, and technical storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue and market reach.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and field engagements.
• Develop enablement content, demos, diagrams, and training assets for teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success.
• Provide product feedback to Product Management based on customer needs and gaps.
• Lead and support POCs to demonstrate measurable value and alignment with stakeholders.
