Job summary

ActAI is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to independently own difficult technical searches and hire exceptional software engineers and AI talent globally. You will build talent maps and sourcing strategies, headhunt passive candidates, and assess deep technical profiles beyond titles and keywords.

You will partner with engineering leaders to calibrate hiring bars, refine interview processes, and manage compensation negotiations to close senior hires efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting software engineers and other technical talent.
• Ability to independently deliver difficult technical hires through proactive headhunting.
• Strong understanding of software engineering disciplines and evaluating technical profiles.

Responsibilities

• Own technical searches end-to-end across AI/ML, backend, frontend, mobile, infrastructure and engineering leadership.
• Build talent maps and sourcing strategies for difficult searches across AI startups and tech companies.
• Headhunt high-quality passive candidates and assess their contributions beyond titles and keywords.
• Partner with engineering leaders to calibrate hiring bars and improve interview processes.
• Close senior candidates through compensation discussions and competing offers.
