We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter / Talent Partner to lead mid‑to‑senior level hiring, with a strong focus on high‑skill, future‑critical talent areas such as AI, data, engineering, consulting, and product. This role is designed for someone coming from a top‑tier executive search background, who brings a research‑led, insight‑driven approach to hiring and can operate as a strategic partner to business leaders. The individual will play a key role in building high‑quality, AI‑native talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and providing sharp market intelligence on emerging skills, roles, and competitors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership Hiring
    • Lead end‑to‑end hiring for mid to senior level roles across multiple business units
    • Partner with leadership to define role mandates, success profiles, and talent strategy
    • Drive high‑quality hiring outcomes, not just throughput
  2. Strategic Talent Partnering
    • Act as a trusted advisor to business and leadership teams
    • Provide insights on:
      • AI talent markets and emerging skill clusters
      • Competitor hiring strategies
      • Compensation benchmarks for high‑demand talent
    • Shape hiring strategies based on skills scarcity, speed, and business priorities
  3. Research‑Led Talent Mapping & Passive Search
    • Build deep, forward‑looking talent maps
    • Identify and engage high‑quality passive candidates across global markets
    • Apply executive search methodologies to:
      • Map talent ecosystems
      • Track emerging leaders in AI and tech
      • Build long‑term pipelines for critical capabilities
  4. Candidate Engagement (High‑Touch, High‑Quality)
    • Engage senior talent through structured, high‑quality outreach and storytelling
    • Position the firm as an AI‑first, high‑impact career destination
    • Drive a differentiated candidate experience, especially for top‑tier talent
  5. Cross‑Functional Hiring Delivery
    • Drive hiring across multiple org units and capability areas
    • Work with:
      • Business leaders
      • HR / Talent teams
      • Global stakeholders
    • Deliver speed and quality in hiring outcomes
  6. Talent Intelligence & Market Insights
    • Track and interpret trends in:
      • AI / tech talent supply‑demand dynamics
      • Role evolution across skill groups
      • Competitive hiring activity
    • Proactively bring insight‑led recommendations
Candidate Profile Experience
  • 7–10 years of experience in recruitment / executive search
  • Strong background in executive search firms (highly preferred)
  • Experience hiring for technology / AI / data roles or adjacent complex, high‑skill domains
  • Strong research and talent mapping capability (beyond sourcing)
  • Ability to engage and convert high‑quality passive talent
  • Deep understanding of AI / tech talent landscapes (or strong ability to build it quickly)
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen
  • Ability to operate as a hands‑on individual contributor mindset
  • Bias for quality, depth, and precision over volume
  • Boundaryless mindset: operate as a team player
  • High intellectual curiosity about:
    • AI trends
    • Talent shifts
    • Emerging roles and skill adjacencies
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, evolving, AI‑driven environment
  • Strong ownership and accountability
