Seekr seeks a Senior Technical Acquisition Partner to drive our in-house recruiting function from the ground up in Reston, VA. You will own full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML, software engineering, embedded systems, product engineering/design, and DevOps, partnering with hiring managers to shape sourcing and interview strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Experience recruiting AI/ML, Software Eng, Forward Deployed Eng, Product Management, Product Design, and/or DevOps.
• Experience in the Public Sector and highly cleared positions up to TS/SCI FSP.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume requisition load while maintaining candidate experience quality.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
• Experience building recruiting processes in growing or newly formed teams.
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche communities).
• Solid knowledge of EEOC compliance and employment law in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML, software, product, and DevOps across Commercial and Public Sector.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing/interview strategies.
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines for highly specialized technical roles.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experience and represent the company brand.
• Help implement new recruiting processes and join early in‑house TA initiatives.
• Collaborate with People Ops, HRBPs, Security, Finance, IT for compliance and onboarding.
• Manage offer negotiations and extend letters within compensation frameworks.
• Track recruiting metrics and inform hiring strategy.
