The role emphasizes AI-native recruiting practices and close partnership with founders and hiring managers. You will identify exceptional talent in competitive markets, build a durable recruiting function, and implement sourcing

Qualifications

• Significant full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a startup that scaled.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in recruiting workflows with measurable efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across engineering and technical functions.
• Build recruiting foundations: interview processes, evaluation frameworks, sourcing strategies, and scalable workflows.
• Drive top-of-funnel quality through outbound sourcing in competitive markets.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on scope, calibration, and decisions.
• Develop AI-native recruiting workflows across sourcing, screening, and ops.
