This role will be responsible for core navigation, pathfinding, and avoidance systems, with a focus on scalability and open world performance. You’ll collaborate with designers and engineers to ship high‑quality AI code, build debug/designer tools, and drive

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of professional experience in the games industry.
• Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of pathfinding, navigation and avoidance in open worlds.
• Experience with multi‑threaded systems and performance profiling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain major AI systems for an open‑world game.
• Develop core navigation, pathfinding and avoidance features.
• Create debug and designer tools for AI systems.
