CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Gameplay Designer to join Cyberpunk 2, working on features and core gameplay systems that align with the game’s high-level design vision. The role can be performed onsite in Boston, MA, with relocation aid, or fully remote from the US (select states) or Canada.

Reporting to the Lead Gameplay Designer, you will propose innovative designs, prototype and balance gameplay, and collaborate across disciplines while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in AAA game design.
• Proven success creating engaging gameplay mechanics.
• Experience in shooters, open-world, RPG and/or action games.
• Adaptable to changing priorities with a commitment to quality.
• Collaborative and positive team player.
