CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Gameplay Designer to craft and iterate on core gameplay systems for Cyberpunk 2. The role supports onsite in Boston, MA or fully remote from the US (select states) or Canada, with relocation assistance for US-based candidates.

You will design, implement, and balance mechanics, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to a player-first experience in a high-profile, story-driven RPG.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AAA game design role.
• Proven success creating innovative gameplay mechanics.
• Experience developing shooters, open world, RPG and/or action games.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving project needs.
• Positive, collaborative approach to a team.

Responsibilities

• Propose engaging designs aligned with game direction.
• Prototype, balance, and iterate moment-to-moment gameplay and abilities.
