CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Gameplay Designer to design, implement, and iterate on features and core gameplay systems for Cyberpunk 2. This role can be onsite in Boston, MA or fully remote from the US (select states) or Canada.

Reporting to the Lead Gameplay Designer, you will collaborate across disciplines, balance moment-to-moment gameplay, and respond to evolving project needs. Requires 5+ years in AAA game design and experience with shooters, open world, RPGs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AAA game design experience.
• Proven success creating engaging gameplay mechanics.
• Experience developing shooters, open world, RPGs or action games.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving project needs.
• Positive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
