Qualifications

• 5+ years of software project management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Full cycle of an AI product, AI research or game development. Ideally all.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new major AI R&D initiatives in collaboration with the AI Director.
• Bridge East Coast and Europe time zones for AI R&D teams and projects.
• Form and nurture cohesive, high-performing teams empowered to self-organize.
