• 12+ years of software product management experience.
• Strong prioritization skills and focus on high-impact activities.
• Experience defining product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap.
• Deep curiosity about customer needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Experience driving solution development through big-picture planning.
• Ability to coach teams and lead across levels.
• Proven experience shipping 1+ AI-native products from conception to production scale.
• Deep knowledge of MCP architecture and system orchestration.
• Understanding of A2A communication protocols and multi-agent workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM capabilities and prompt engineering trade-offs.
• Experience architecting product solutions across platforms and APIs.
• Deep knowledge of the HR technology landscape.
