Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an AI Product Manager Lead to drive the AI product strategy for a major area of bank operations. You will guide product managers and engineers, write PRDs, and own roadmaps, aligning teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Leveraging extensive AI expertise, you will stay ahead of AI trends, lead large programs, and collaborate with senior leaders to execute on strategic goals across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product management or related technical role, driving teams through the full product lifecycle.
• 4+ years in a company with a strong PM culture.
• Familiarity with AI model architectures, LLMs, prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, and AI frameworks like RAG, MCPs, and agentic pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Defines and drives the AI product strategy for a large area of bank operations.
• Collaborate with executive leaders across the firm to deliver results.
• Lead teams of product managers and guide their work.
