Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI Product Manager Lead to guide AI strategy across large bank operations. You will work with executives and cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and lead product managers in execution from vision through launch.

The role requires extensive experience with AI architectures, LLMs, and agentic pipelines, driving complex projects with high business impact in a financial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in product management or related technical role, guiding teams through the full product lifecycle.
• 4+ years in a company with strong product management culture.
• Familiarity with AI model architectures, LLMs, prompting, context engineering, and fine-tuning; AI frameworks including RAG, MCPs, and agentic pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Defines and drives the AI product strategy for a large area of the bank operations.
• Collaborate with executive leaders across the firm to deliver results.
• Lead teams of product managers, guiding their work and developing their skills.
• Write and own Roadmaps and PRDs for top projects and initiatives.
• Stay up to date with AI innovations to ensure adoption of the latest technology.
