Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director for AI Product Management Transformation within Product Operations. Lead customer-centric development, inspire solutions, and drive strategic vision across Infrastructure Platforms as a leader of the Product Management Center of Excellence.

You will guide AI-enabled assistants, drive cross-functional collaboration, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure regulatory alignment while delivering scalable, high-value products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence adoption of lifecycle activities across functions.
• Experience leading a product management function or Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and growth targets.
• Leads full product lifecycle from planning to future development and risk management.
• Coaches and mentors the product team in discovery, ideation, prototyping, and delivery.
• Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to meet objectives.
• Monitors market trends and conducts competitive analysis for differentiation.
• Establishes and leads Product Management Center of Excellence across disciplines.
• Elevates product management as a discipline and drives a community of practice.
• Operationalizes AI across the lifecycle with governance and cost controls.
• Partners with teams across business units, engineering, architecture, and governance.
• Embed risk, security, and regulatory alignment into product practices.
