Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related technical role, leading teams through the full lifecycle.
• 4+ years in a company with a strong product management culture.
• Familiarity with AI model architectures and LLM workflows, prompting, context engineering, and fine-tuning.

Responsibilities

• Defines and drives the AI product strategy for a large area of bank operations.
• Collaborate with executive leaders from various teams to deliver results.
• Lead teams of product managers, guiding their work and developing their skills.
• Write and own Roadmaps and PRDs for ambitious early-stage projects.
• Stay up to date with AI innovation to ensure the bank uses leading technology.
