Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field.
4-7 years of software engineering experience in production systems.
2-3 years in ML/LLM operations or AI platform engineering with production systems.
Experience with Azure AI services and cloud-native AI infrastructure.
Strong Python skills and ability to work in a shared codebase.

Responsibilities

Identify AI opportunities and build a roadmap of agent initiatives delivering measurable outcomes.
Design future-state workflows and automate/manual steps with AI agents.
Translate business challenges into agent-enabled solutions and guide from concept to deployment.
Drive change management and adoption, including training and communications.
Measure business value with KPIs and optimize deployed solutions.
Establish governance and scaling frameworks for enterprise AI initiatives.
Partner with business and technology leaders to align AI strategy with priorities.
