Qualifications

- Proven track record in AI platforms, MLOps, and observability.
Responsibilities
- Identify AI opportunities and build a roadmap of agent initiatives with measurable value.
- Design future-state workflows and automate processes with AI agents.
- Bridge business and technical teams to translate requirements into agent-enabled solutions.
- Lead change management and adoption of AI-powered work processes.
- Measure business impact and optimize AI initiatives using KPIs.
- Develop governance and scaling principles for enterprise AI deployments.
