Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is seeking aSenior AI Platform Engineer to scale an AI-driven transformation. You will bridge business needs and technical teams, shaping agent-enabled solutions and driving adoption across Medical Management, Claims, and Customer Service.

You will design future-state workflows, establish success criteria, and help translate strategic priorities into concrete AI initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience operating LLM-based systems in production.
Built evaluation frameworks with metrics to measure performance and reliability.
Strong Python skills and Azure cloud experience.
Experience in healthcare/insurance or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and prioritize AI agent initiatives with business leaders.
Design future-state workflows for AI-enabled processes.
Translate business challenges into agent-enabled solutions and guide from concept to deployment.
Drive change management and adoption of AI-powered ways of working.
Measure business value and optimize agent initiatives with KPIs.
Contribute to enterprise AI governance and scalable operating models.
Engage with leadership to align AI strategy with business priorities.
