Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4–7 years of software engineering experience.
• 2–3 years in ML/LLM operations or AI platform engineering with production systems.
• Experience with production ML pipelines and model versioning.
• Strong Python skills and Azure cloud familiarity.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/insurance/fintech) with audit trails.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services and containerized deployments.
• Ability to design observability and diagnostics.
