Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Partnerships Manager for Legal Professionals to steward a portfolio of AI partner integrations and consulting partners. Based in New York, you will operate in a hybrid environment with at least three days in the office and remote options for the right candidate.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, lead negotiations, track performance, and develop account plans to grow pipeline and adoption across Thomson Reuters’ customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles in tech or legal tech.
• Strong commercial instincts with track record in pipeline or deals.
• Excellent project management and multi-workstream organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution across a portfolio of partners from planning through launch and scale.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, sales, marketing and customer success to keep programs moving.
• Lead enablement and certification so partners are integrated into sales motions.
• Track partner performance against metrics like pipeline, revenue and adoption velocity.
• Build trusted relationships with partner counterparts and become a field contact.
• Develop account plans and coordinate partner reviews and executive updates.
• Negotiate and manage commercial terms to expand and renew partnerships.
