Job summary
Thomson Reuters is seeking a Director of AI Specialty Sales for Small Law to drive revenue growth and AI adoption across the Small Law segment. You will lead the AI specialty sales and partnerships teams, align across Sales, Product, Marketing, CS, RevOps, and Enablement, and scale scalable programs to accelerate growth.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Proven growth strategy execution.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and coaching.
- Ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
- Excellent communication and executive engagement skills.
- Experience selling AI, SaaS, legal technology products.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI revenue growth for CoCounsel Legal and AI solutions.
- Build and scale the AI specialty sales and partnerships teams.
- Coordinate across Sales, Product, Marketing, CS, Partnerships and Enablement.
- Drive go-to-market execution and customer adoption of AI solutions.
- Represent Thomson Reuters as an AI thought leader with customers and partners.
