Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to help law firms transform how legal work gets done with Thomson Reuters Legal AI. You will design and test AI-enabled solutions, identify high-value legal workflows, and scale successful use cases across organizations.

Travel ~25–30% to client sites to support engagements and adoption. Collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams is essential to develop adoption strategies, demonstrate capabilities, and document best

Qualifications

Experience in customer- or client-facing roles, ideally with enterprise accounts.
Familiarity with legal workflows such as eDiscovery, due diligence, or large document review.
Demonstrated experience with generative AI applications.
Strong ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead in-person discovery sessions, solution demos, and executive briefings with law firm customers.
Identify and prioritize Legal AI use cases and advise on workflow and solution design.
Develop and execute adoption strategies for a portfolio of law firm customers.
Document best practices, prompts, playbooks, and reusable workflow patterns for scale.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to communicate customer needs.
