Job summary

Thomson Reuters, through CoCounsel, seeks a Partnerships Manager for the Legal Professionals team. You will oversee a portfolio of AI partner integrations and drive adoption across law firms, working with product, engineering, sales, and customer success to scale collaborations.

The role is based in New York with hybrid work; remote options available for right candidate. Requires 4+ years in partnerships or related fields, bachelor's degree, and strong negotiation and program management skills;

Qualifications

• 4+ years in partnerships, alliances, channel, BD, sales, or strategy roles within tech or professional services.
• Strong commercial instincts with measurable outcomes in pipeline or revenue.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution across a portfolio of partners from planning to scale.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, sales, marketing and customer success.
• Support enablement and certification programs for partner sales motions.
• Track partner performance against metrics like pipeline, revenue and adoption velocity.
• Develop account plans and coordinate partner reviews and executive updates.
• Lead negotiations to expand and renew partnerships.
