Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer in the United States. You will work with the sales team and partners to understand customer needs, map them to Snowflake solutions, and drive value-based demonstrations that close large deals.

You will thrive in a fast-moving environment, engaging both executives and technical teams, and you will travel approximately 30% to meet customers and run successful proofs of concept.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a pre-sales environment.
• Outstanding presenting skills to technical and executive audiences.
• Broad experience with large-scale Database/Data Warehouse tech, ETL, analytics and cloud tech.

Responsibilities

• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors.
• Demonstrate and communicate Snowflake value through the sales cycle, from demo to PoC to design/implementation.
• Stay current on competitive technologies and position Snowflake against them.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake's products and messaging.
