Job summary

PatSnap is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive strategic, consultative SaaS sales across the Americas and EMEA for our AI-native platform. This role emphasizes multi-threaded, high-value opportunities, territory planning and end-to-end deal execution rather than transactional selling.

You’ll engage senior stakeholders in R&D, IP, and commercial teams, collaborate with Product and Marketing, and represent PatSnap at conferences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of 360° SaaS sales experience.
• Must have a tech sales experience in a fast paced company.
• Confident in high-volume outbound outreach; the role is a hunter role.
• Leadership presence to influence decision-makers.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in Innovation/IP or speak another language.
• AI adopter and champion to use AI for prep and client time.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth across EMEA and North America.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and core sales KPIs.
• Own the full end-to-end sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand existing customers into new buying centres.
• Build and convert a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined reporting.
• Run a multi-channel sales process across phone, Teams, and face-to-face meetings as needed.
• Attend and represent PatSnap at conferences and speak roles as needed.
• Develop product and market expertise within IP services and software space.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Marketing to support go-to-market activity.
