Job summary

Aptean is seeking an Account Executive, AI Solutions to join us remotely in the US. You will drive new revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities for our AI products and solutions, serving as the primary contact for prospective clients and guiding them from interest to contract.

You will partner across teams, maintain CRM records, and stay current on AI trends to position our value. This role offers a fast-paced environment and meaningful business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience selling AI solutions or SaaS/tech products in an enterprise environment.
• Proven track record building pipeline and closing net-new and expansion opportunities.
• Ability to translate complex technologies into business value for executives and technical teams.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and qualify new leads to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and targets
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand customers' business processes, challenges, priorities, and desired outcomes, and identify where AI can deliver meaningful business value.
• Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and solution presentation through negotiation and close
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive long-term account growth
• Partner with Account Management, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate forecasting
• Stay current on AI industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions and value proposition
• Educate customers and internal stakeholders on the practical application of AI, helping move conversations from AI curiosity to clearly defined business use cases and measurable outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide reliable pipeline and forecast visibility to leadership
