Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Software Engineer III - AI/ML Platform Operations to lead reliability and operations for enterprise AI platforms. This remote role supports Palantir Foundry, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and related cloud-native services.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, and Security teams to ensure production AI workloads run smoothly and securely, with a focus on automation and observability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, cloud operations, MLOps, DevOps, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence, reliability, and support of AI/ML platforms and data platforms.
• Ensure stability, observability, governance, and operational readiness of AI/ML solutions.
• Develop automation, monitoring dashboards, and CI/CD enhancements.
