Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Software Engineer III for AI/ML Platform Operations in a remote-friendly role. You will lead operational excellence, reliability, and support of enterprise AI and data platforms across Palantir Foundry, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and cloud-native services.

You will partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams to ensure stability, observability, governance, deployment automation, and continuous

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in software or platform engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting production cloud-based applications in AWS.
• Strong Python/Java/JavaScript/TypeScript or Node.js skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, build, integration, and deployment tools.
• Experience with cloud-native services and monitoring solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence, reliability, and support of enterprise AI/ML platforms.
• Collaborate with Data, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams.
• Design automation, monitoring, dashboards, and runbooks.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Serve as senior escalation point for production issues.
