Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Software Engineer III for AI/ML Platform Operations. This remote role focuses on operational excellence, reliability, observability, and governance of enterprise AI workloads across Palantir Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and SageMaker.

You will partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams to enable AI adoption and ensure production readiness. Strong emphasis on automation, CI/CD, and platform leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting production cloud apps in AWS.
• Strong Python/Java/JS/Node.js and automation experience.
• CI/CD, build and deployment tooling experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud-native services and observability tooling.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and reliability for AI/ML platforms.
• Ensure stability, scalability, observability, and governance for AI workloads.
• Develop automation, monitoring, dashboards, and runbooks.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Provide mentorship and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in AI operations and governance.
