Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Software Engineer - AI/ML Platform Operations to lead the operational excellence of our AI and data platforms on a remote basis across the United States. You will work with Palantir Foundry, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker and other cloud-native services to keep enterprise AI workloads reliable and scalable.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security and Product teams to implement automation, observability,

Qualifications

3+ years of software engineering or platform engineering
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or equivalent
Experience supporting production cloud apps in AWS
Strong Python/Java/JS/Node.js skills
Experience with CI/CD, build, integration, deployment tools
Experience with cloud-native services and observability

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for AI/ML platforms and cloud-native tech
Ensure reliability, scalability, and observability of production AI workloads
Design automation, monitoring, dashboards, and runbooks
Lead incident response and RCA for complex production issues
Collaborate with Data, Architecture, Security and Product teams
