Qualifications

• Deep understanding of domain modeling, semantics, taxonomies, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and durable approaches.
• Strong retrieval, search relevance, and evaluation capabilities for knowledge systems.
• Experience designing reliable data pipelines across enterprise information and events.
• Proven ability to influence domain owners, engineers, risk teams, and leadership.
• Experience with architecture decisions in regulated or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Set the knowledge direction and own target architecture for knowledge and grounding in AI platforms.
• Design federated memory with clear lifecycle, interfaces, and ownership.
• Translate business questions into concepts and boundaries AI systems interpret.
• Shape reusable ingestion patterns preserving authority, lineage, and uncertainty.
• Build retrieval strategies combining search, semantic, graph, and structured data.
• Ensure evidence is inspectable with provenance, citations, and quality signals.
• Embed policy constraints with security, privacy, retention, and deletion rules.
• Lead lighthouse implementations from prototype to production.
• Define service objectives, observability, and quality measures post-launch.
• Create reference components, mentor engineers, and guide cross-functional decisions.
