Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Manager, Forward Deployment Engineering to lead the management layer of the FDE practice. You will oversee multiple pods across business domains, ensuring high performance and driving validated ROI through agentic AI solutions.

You will need to communicate effectively with Directors and VPs, guiding technical decisions while partnering with BU leaders to align roadmaps with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field; relevant equivalent experience accepted.
• 10+ years of combined technical and leadership experience; track record of leading technical teams to measurable outcomes.
• Experience with forward deployment, solutions engineering, or embedded technical practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide high-stakes agentic AI delivery decisions and architecture across pods.
• Coordinate across pods for resource allocation and headcount planning with BU leaders.
• Manage senior BU relationships, escalating blockers and aligning roadmaps with BU objectives.
• Set and enforce responsible AI, data security, and privacy standards for the practice.
• Directly manage pods across multiple BU stakeholders with regular check-ins and ROI visibility.
