Qualifications

Experience with Agentforce Contact Center and platform architecture.
Strong ability to lead discovery, write user stories, and design system models.
Proven track record delivering high-value enterprise outcomes with agile methods.
Excellent communication across C-suite and technical teams.
Experience in documenting processes with diagrams and flow charts.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
