Job summary
Capital Group is seeking an AI Senior Manager for AI Engineering in Charlotte. You will lead teams delivering AI-enabled investment-system solutions, turning strategy into practical MVPs and scalable delivery patterns.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, operations, data, architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance to drive measurable improvements while maintaining strong controls and responsible AI practices.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise technology experience with AI engineering or related domains.
- 5+ years of people leadership building high–performing teams.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled workflow solutions in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI engineering teams that design, build, and scale AI-enabled business solutions across investment systems.
- Translate operating priorities into delivery plans, backlogs, MVP scopes, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with diverse stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and data dependencies.
- Deliver smart automation and human-plus-agent patterns that improve cycle time and reliability.
- Embed responsible AI practices, governance, and security controls throughout delivery.
