Job summary

Capital Group seeks an AI Senior Manager for AI Engineering to translate AI-first strategy into practical transformation across investment systems. You will lead teams on smart automation, AI-enabled design, and agentic delivery patterns, partnering with product, operations, data, and security teams to deliver MVPs and scale human-plus-agent solutions.

You will drive measurable improvements, manage delivery health, and communicate risks to senior stakeholders while maintaining strong controls

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise tech, incl. 3+ years leading AI engineering teams.
5+ years leading and coaching high‑performing engineering teams.
Experience delivering AI-enabled workflow solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of investment systems and regulated workflows.
Knowledge of generative AI, orchestration, RAG, and observability.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure solutions.
Ability to translate needs into MVPs and delivery plans.
Clear communication with senior stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in CS/AI or related field.
Ownership of portfolio of applications and roadmap.
