Job summary

The Capital Group seeks an Enterprise AI Strategy Principal to shape how AI creates durable business value across investing, distribution and operations. You will partner with executives to translate AI opportunities into strategic roadmaps, backed by measurable outcomes and governance.

This high-visibility role intersects AI, investment management, and enterprise transformation, offering exposure to senior leaders and opportunities to build deep AI expertise while pursuing broader leadership

Qualifications

• Experience advising senior leaders in financial services is preferred.
• Understanding the business implications of generative AI and collaborating with product, data, and technology partners.
• Ability to build business cases, financial models and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a forward-deployed AI strategist and partner with lines of business to assess AI maturity and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to build AI strategies, size upside, and develop roadmaps.
• Track market and competitors to surface signals and implications for strategy.
• Shape Capital Group's point of view on AI's strategic implications; run scenario work for the next 3–5 years.
• Translate strategy into actionable priorities with product, data, and enterprise AI teams; ensure strategic intent is preserved.
• Ensure responsible AI is embedded in strategy with governance, risk, and data-readiness considerations.
• Communicate complex AI topics clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
