Responsibilities

Mentor and develop a team of Process Associates and Managers.
Leverage analytics and AI-driven automation to modernize workflows and accelerate transformation.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted workflows and generative AI tools for faster, audit-ready processes.
Partner with executives to define and execute a portfolio of transformation initiatives.
Oversee end-to-end process redesigns using Lean, Six Sigma, and design thinking for measurable outcomes.
Deliver data-driven presentations and strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders.
Lead change management strategies to ensure adoption and sustainability across the enterprise.
Establish KPIs and governance to track business impact of transformation portfolios.
