Job summary

Sharecare is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the transformation toward agentic engineering within a healthcare-focused platform. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience deploying and supporting ML models and AI-driven apps.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, and NLP tools preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions to support business needs.
• Build and optimize ML models, analytics, recommendations, and automation tools.
• Develop generative AI apps using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate models into enterprise apps and workflows; maintain data pipelines.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and platforms for innovation and business improvement.
• Monitor model performance and lifecycle management; ensure governance and compliance.
• Work with cloud and infrastructure teams to deploy and scale AI in cloud environments.
• Create technical documentation and architectural diagrams for AI systems.
