Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior AI Acceleration Lead within the CS COE to scale enablement for field teams and partners globally. You will own adoption strategy, communications, and change management for customer success programs and AI tooling.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Field Leadership, and Learning & Development to ensure campaigns land effectively and drive measurable customer outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions.
• Ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement and adoption strategy for CS Intelligence AI tools.
• Design and deliver content in collaboration with stakeholder teams and manage live sessions.
• Own change management and field readiness across global field organizations.
• Plan and execute phased rollouts for new tools and programs, coordinating with field leadership.
• Track adoption and enablement metrics via dashboards and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Build repeatable enablement mechanisms that empower field teams to scale tool usage.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder communications for program launches across regions.
• Build relationships with field stakeholders to secure alignment and drive participation.
• Enable field teams with personalized outreach and tooling access; coordinate with regional teams to adapt models locally.
• Draft and deliver launch communications, status updates, and executive-level program summaries.
