Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions.
• Experience presenting complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.
• 3+ years of design and delivery of enablement programs (eLearning, certifications, field readiness).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement and adoption strategy for CS Intelligence AI tools with measurable usage increases.
• Design and deliver content (eLearning, paths, certifications) and manage live sessions and coaching.
• Lead change management and field readiness across global field organizations; drive adoption.
• Plan phased rollouts for new tools; manage dependencies with field leadership.
• Track adoption metrics, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to accelerate scale.
• Build repeatable enablement mechanisms (playbooks, onboarding frameworks).
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder communications for program launches across regions.
• Maintain relationships with field stakeholders to secure alignment and drive participation.
• Provide field access to opportunity data and tooling; coordinate with regional teams.
