Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to lead large, multi-workstream customer transformation programs, coordinating 50+ builders, partners, and customers to deliver AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes for Global 500 clients.

You will manage executive relationships, risks, and program direction, drive measurable business outcomes, own financial health, and scale delivery through AI-driven development practices while maintaining security and governance.

Qualifications

5+ years leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
5+ years leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements.
5+ years cloud computing experience.
Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
Knowledge of public cloud value proposition and delivery models.

Responsibilities

Build executive relationships and provide strategic counsel on program direction and risk.
Proactively manage inter-dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for outcomes.
Orchestrate across lines of business, IT, and partners to align priorities and timelines.
Define and track measurable business outcomes as the north star for success.
Own program financial health including forecasting and scope management.
Influence AI guardrails and AI-driven development approaches for scale.
Establish governance for agentic AI with observability and compliance.
Establish governance for agentic AI in delivery — observability, cost controls, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and compliance with AWS security requirements.
