Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal AI & Emerging Tech Specialist in the MD/Jessup area to accelerate government missions through AI and emerging technologies. You will work with AWS sales teams to identify mission-driven use cases for generative AI, ML, and quantum, and drive adoption across agencies in secure environments.

The role requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, with ongoing clearance maintenance after start.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required with active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.
• Experience in selling AI/emerging tech to national security customers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into new AI and emerging technology customers and buying centers with AWS account teams.
• Provide specialized sales guidance on AI, foundation models, and AWS services to account teams and customers.
• Meet with national security executives to understand mission requirements and introduce AWS AI and analytics services.
• Close large AI opportunities across multiple agencies and buying centers.
• Align emerging tech solutions with customer mission needs and capture custom feature requests.
