Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect, AI and DTC Technology, to shape the enterprise DTC and AI architectures across brands and regions. You will lead a shift to cloud-native, API-first, and MACH-aligned design, ensuring scalable, secure, and measurable AI across consumer platforms.

Lead governance, define roadmaps, mentor teams, and advocate responsible-AI practices while coordinating with business leaders to balance innovation with risk management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience in retail/fashion/consumer goods.
• 3+ years hands-on experience architecting AI/ML solutions including generative AI in production.
• Proven track record implementing MACH and composable commerce, with cloud-native microservices and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate an enterprise-wide DTC and AI architecture vision aligned with business goals.
• Define governance policies and an AI review process for use-case approval and production readiness.
• Create a multiyear DTC and AI architecture roadmap with milestones and ownership.
