Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a Senior Solution Delivery Manager to partner with Sales and our partner ecosystems, shaping AI-enabled professional services engagements across industries on the OutSystems platform.

You will lead scoping, estimating, SOW creation, and delivery oversight, owning adoption from pre-sales through go-live, and forecasting bookings and revenue while developing delivery partners and ensuring successful engagements.

Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing software implementation role.
AI knowledge and application experience.
3+ years communicating complex business/technical subjects to management and technical audiences.
3+ years in Professional Services delivering projects.
2+ years growing service bookings and forecasting revenue.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and partner ecosystems to understand goals and requirements.
Lead scoping, sizing, estimating, and proposing for professional services engagements.
Create statements of work and execute the sales order process.
Provide management oversight of professional service engagements you sell.
Own the adoption journey from pre-sales to go-live.
Grow the regional services pipeline and drive backlog consumption.
Forecast services bookings and revenue.
Manage a large portfolio of customers and projects across industries.
Identify and develop delivery partners and create joint value proposals.
Lead discovery sessions, scoping, and cost estimates for SOW.
Exceed Services Sales quotas.
