Job summary

Sol Consulting is seeking a Solution Delivery Director in the United States to lead end-to-end client delivery for complex engagements. You will drive scoping, design, execution, and post-delivery reviews, while managing client relationships at the executive level.

You will guide cross-functional teams, establish KPIs, manage risks, and champion the use of AI accelerators to boost throughput and value. A doer mindset and 10–15+ years of consulting experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivery leadership roles at a management consulting or professional services firm.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream engagements on time and on budget.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into structured delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across complex client engagements from scoping to post-delivery review.
• Lead senior client-facing delivery as the primary executive overseeing engagement outcomes.
• Define program architectures, ownership, KPIs, and success criteria from day one.
• Manage and develop cross-functional delivery teams with coaching and performance reviews.
• Embed AI tools into delivery workflows to accelerate value and maintain high quality.
