Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a Principal Technical Architect to own solution architectures for enterprise agentic systems on the OutSystems platform. You will guide engagements, set quality bars, and mentor teams while partnering with AWS and Bedrock for scalable AI solutions.

You will translate business needs into maintainable applications and agentic workloads, define reusable architecture patterns, and drive performance and modernization across customer projects.

Qualifications

• 10 years of software development experience.
• 4 years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design, size, and validate scalable, enterprise grade solution architectures.
• Architect agentic systems using Agent Workbench and Agentic Enterprise Orchestration.
• Translate business requirements into viable, maintainable applications and agents.
• Define and review architecture patterns that promote reuse and lower maintenance costs.
• Assess existing applications for performance and development quality; prescribe improvements.
• Identify non functional requirements and integration needs across portfolios.
• Mentor OutSystems, customer, and partner teams on architecture and development best practices.
• Grow the technical capability of the Professional Services team through practices and reference architectures.
