Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking an Architect-level Solution Owner to lead AI-enabled delivery initiatives and translate business intent into clear product direction. You’ll guide delivery pods, partner with client product owners, and ensure strategy stays aligned with outcomes from concept through launch.

The role requires years of product or program management experience in Agile environments, with a strong emphasis on AI applications, tooling, and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• Turn ideas into clear specifications, backlogs, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Bridge business and technical teams with comfort in repos, version control, and delivery toolchains.
• Apply AI to accelerate research, validate findings, and produce actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project governance, cadence, and Agile events with clear reporting.
• Partner with Product Owners to define product, test assumptions, and write clear specs and acceptance criteria.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, collecting feedback and measuring impact.
• Maintain a shared context hub across strategy, decisions, risks, and technical context; use AI tooling to keep it current.
• Lead delivery teams, manage issues/risks, run productive meetings, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to validate approach, strategy, and deliverables; document toolchains.
• Build and refine AI prompts, templates, and repeatable AI workflows for requirements and backlog management.
• Prototype ideas and use feedback to sharpen product direction.
• Travel may be required based on client needs.
