Future Secure AI, a high-growth AI company, seeks an Engagement Director to lead the design and delivery of AI Co‑Workers for enterprise clients. This role targets senior professionals with deep experience in software delivery or strategy consulting and accountability for value creation and ROI.

You will own engagements end‑to‑end, translate client strategy into concrete AI solutions, shape roadmaps, and represent the firm in executive discussions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional work experience.
• 8 years at a top-tier consulting firm or in software product delivery.
• Strong foundation in value creation, problem structuring, and strategic analysis.
• Comfort working with technology teams, agile methodologies, and AI concepts.
• Experience translating ambiguous client problems into executable solutions.
• Confidence working with senior executives and leading complex discussions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior customer stakeholders to translate strategic intent into concrete AI Co‑Worker solutions.
• Own customer engagements end‑to‑end, from problem definition through scoping, build, and deployment of AI Co‑Workers.
• Shape value drivers, success metrics, and ROI targets for customer engagements.
• Act as the senior representative for customer engagements, advising on value creation and delivery execution.
• Operate as an owner, accountable for outcomes, pace, and quality.
